ABC Pickup automatically generates QR codes for all of the students in your school by simply uploading an Excel file with students names and teacher's names. When parents arrive at the school with their child's QR code, staff members can scan the QR codes with their smart phones. Once a code is scanned the child's name is added to the pick-up list for their specific teacher. Once the teacher sends the student to their parent's car the teacher can remove the child's name by simply clicking on it. Parent Account
If you would like to create a parent account you will need to scan the QR code that your school provided to you. If your school has not provided a QR code to you then they may not be using our system. You can check to see if your school uses our system by clicking the search for school button below. If your school is not using our system please reach out to an administrator and tell that about our free webapp.

Create Teacher Account
If you would like to create a teacher or administrator account please click the button below. If you would like to create an administrator account for you school you can also click the button below. After you've created your account simply ask either the person that created your school account or another administrator to grant you administrator access.
Protecting Kids
If parents forget their QR code teachers can search for the student by last name. A list of authorized people that can pick that student up is then sent to the screen. The person scanning can then check the persons ID to make sure that they are authorized to pick the student up. If the person is not authorized when the scanner presses cancel it automatically sends an alert to all teachers phones letting them know that an unauthorized person just tried to pick up that student.
Self Check In
Schools also have to ability to allow parents to check themselves in. This is accomplished by the school printing the code of the day and posting it outside for parents to see from their car. When the parent signs into their account they simply type the code of the day and their child is automatically added to the pick up list. Having a different code each day prevents parents from checking in before they have arrived. This system also prevents parents from having to share their location data.
